Yes, you can do
this yourself, but you may find this tool speeds up the process. If
you are an HTML jockey, you can take the results and make them look
as pretty as you like. Get it

Time Tracker
If you do any work by
the hour, you have to have this free tool or one like it. Create any
number of projects, each with their own tasks. The tool sits in your
system tray and opens when you place your mouse over the icon.
Select a task and it starts timing. When you stop to read your mail,
it knows you've stopped working and prompts you to stop the clock.

I expect to be saying
a lot more about it later, but the newly approved CAN-SPAM bill just
made into law will definitely change the spam landscape. However,
spammers like it, which isn't a good sign. It actually legitimizes
spamming and negates the state laws that made spam illegal. So,
there is a lot more to be written....
Finally, I invite you
to share the joy of the real story of Christmas - that the Creator
of the universe has invaded the earth in the form of little baby,
